Teacher's roles






Teacher is a specific character in a society and acts several roles in school. Enabling to change the society to good path is conducted by the teacher. She has to fill the various types of responsibilities by her profession. 
Facilitator and guider of the students. In the classroom, she is only the adult person among with the students. All students are under her guidance and only parent for them in the class. Therefore, all the needs should be complete as her best in the class. Specially, ESL teacher should fulfill with the full of knowledge. Because they teach new language to the student as second language. So, ESL teacher should have tactful teaching methods to feed the new language to different level students in the classroom. 
Classroom manager is another role. Getting with her permission students can arrange the classroom as suitable for the students. Classroom is most important to the students. According to the teachers teaching purpose as getting benefit to the students.
 Role model of the students is their teacher. According to the teacher's behaviors and attitudes student may change their lives as little by little as good. relationship of the students builds by this as positively.  Some students imagine a picture of their favorite person to be in future. Most of the students like to be a teacher and same role. Teacher of the class is very important to their imagination.
 Assessor and evaluator are teacher's another role. At the end of each assessment, she assets the progress value of the students which they have learnt in the term or year.
 Lesson planner and designer students in the class learn the subjects from the teacher's teaching. Teacher should prepare the relevant lesson as relevant to the subjects and teacher ready the lessons with using teaching methods as according to the student's levels, preferences and subject matters etc. 
Lifelong learner is unstoppable thing of the teacher. As she must teach correct things to the students, she should get the new things as relevant to the subject or to the educational field. So, she should be updating with daily new essentials.
 Good Listener is teachers another role in the class. All students level is not same. Some students have some troubles which they cannot tell others. some parental problems also are with them. Students struggle with that secretly and they expose them as various ways in the class. Teacher needs to be able to identify with the listing with patiently and give suitable solutions as relevant to their level. Most of the time teacher is the friend of the students than peers in their lives. 
Teacher's role is not simple. It is very important and valuable profession in the school.
